Payroll Support

“Helping keep payroll accurate, organized, and consistently on track.”

Jenna Wing is a member of the Payroll Support team at WCG, where she plays an essential role in maintaining structure and accuracy across payroll operations. Known for her organized approach and dependable follow-through, Jenna helps ensure processes remain current while supporting both clients and internal specialists.

Professional Background & Expertise

At WCG, Jenna manages incoming payroll communications from clients, state agencies, and payroll platforms, helping keep workflows organized and responsive. She supports onboarding by gathering client information, verifies billing accuracy, coordinates task lists for payroll specialists, and oversees important updates such as rate and frequency changes. Jenna also manages annual 1099 filings and maintains payroll reports and tax records to ensure documentation is complete and accessible.

Through her work, Jenna has developed particular familiarity with payroll clients in the CRNA space, allowing her to anticipate needs and provide consistent administrative support. Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy help reinforce the reliability clients expect from the payroll team.

Education

Jenna holds two associate degrees—one in General Studies and another in Accounting. Her academic interests included algebra, world history, and anatomy and physiology, reflecting both analytical and broad-based curiosity. Educators who demonstrated genuine care and support left a lasting impression on her and continue to influence the way she approaches helping others.

She has also earned Level 1 and Level 2 QuickBooks Online certifications and is continuing to expand her bookkeeping knowledge.

Client-Focused Philosophy

Jenna believes clients should feel heard, supported, and confident in the service they receive. She prioritizes responsiveness while ensuring the information she provides is accurate, helping clients trust that their payroll needs are being handled with care.

Outside of work, Jenna is deeply involved in her church community, teaching Sunday school and participating in weekly studies. She also volunteers as a patient advocate at a local pregnancy center and enjoys spending time outdoors playing softball with family whenever the opportunity arises.

A Creative Rhythm

Jenna is both a skilled baker and a drummer—creative outlets that reflect her attention to detail and steady rhythm. Whether coordinating payroll tasks or perfecting a recipe, she brings the same consistency and care to everything she does.

Our Amazing Team Members

Wanna Talk About Your Small Business?

Please use the form below to tell us a little about yourself, and what you have going on with your small business or 1099 contractor gig. WCG CPAs & Advisors are small business CPAs, tax professionals and consultants, and we look forward to talking to you!

We typically schedule a 20-minute complimentary quick chat with one of our Partners or Senior Tax Professionals to determine if we are a good fit for each other, and how an engagement with our team looks. Tax returns only? Business advisory? Tax prep, and more importantly tax strategy and planning?

Should we need to schedule an additional consultation, our fee is $250 for 40 minutes. Fun! If we decide to press forward with a Business Advisory or Tax Patrol Services engagement, we will credit the consultation fee towards those services.

Appointments are typically held through Microsoft Teams and are scheduled on weekdays during the work day. Yes, we can easily accommodate nights and weekends, but those are reluctantly agreed to after some eye-rolling and complaining. Additionally, our schedules are more compressed during tax season (who would have thought, right?).

Shockingly we will return all appointment requests via email with 24-36 hours weather-permitting, or perhaps a phone call (if the moment strikes us). No black holes here! In a hurry, please call us at 719-387-9800.
