Jaynee Pardue, CPA

Tax Supervisor

“Empowering small businesses with smart tax strategies.”

Jaynee Pardue is a Tax Supervisor at WCG who works closely with business owners to deliver thoughtful tax planning and clear communication. With a background shaped by entrepreneurship and rural business communities, Jaynee is committed to helping clients understand their options so they can make confident, well-informed decisions.

Professional Background & Expertise

At WCG, Jaynee prepares tax returns and develops strategic plans while maintaining consistent communication with clients. She prioritizes virtual face-to-face meetings alongside email and phone conversations, ensuring clients have access to guidance when they need it.

Growing up surrounded by small-business owners gave Jaynee an early appreciation for the challenges entrepreneurs face. That perspective continues to shape her work today, allowing her to provide practical strategies that support both financial clarity and long-term growth.

Education

Jaynee holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Finance, providing a strong foundation for her work in tax strategy and client advisory.

Client-Focused Philosophy

Jaynee believes her role extends beyond preparing returns—she aims to help clients understand the strategies that can strengthen their businesses and improve financial outcomes. By explaining complex tax concepts in approachable terms, she helps clients feel confident, informed, and in control throughout the year.

Professional Values

  • Client education and empowerment
  • Clarity and transparency
  • Proactive solutions
  • Dependable communication

Life Beyond the Office

A Wyoming native, Jaynee grew up on a family ranch where she stayed active through 4-H, sports, and school activities. That fast-paced upbringing fostered a strong work ethic and a comfort with staying busy—traits that continue to influence her professional approach.

Today, she and her family live on a ranch with cattle, chickens, and a Labrador retriever. When she is not working or spending time with her children, she enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and watching football. She has also taken up adult volleyball and looks forward to joining the pickleball community.

An Entrepreneurial Perspective

Having been surrounded by entrepreneurs from an early age, Jaynee developed a natural understanding of what it takes to build and sustain a business. That firsthand perspective allows her to connect with clients in a practical way while guiding them toward strategies that support lasting success.

Our Amazing Team Members

Wanna Talk About Your Small Business?

Please use the form below to tell us a little about yourself, and what you have going on with your small business or 1099 contractor gig. WCG CPAs & Advisors are small business CPAs, tax professionals and consultants, and we look forward to talking to you!

We typically schedule a 20-minute complimentary quick chat with one of our Partners or Senior Tax Professionals to determine if we are a good fit for each other, and how an engagement with our team looks. Tax returns only? Business advisory? Tax prep, and more importantly tax strategy and planning?

Should we need to schedule an additional consultation, our fee is $250 for 40 minutes. Fun! If we decide to press forward with a Business Advisory or Tax Patrol Services engagement, we will credit the consultation fee towards those services.

Appointments are typically held through Microsoft Teams and are scheduled on weekdays during the work day. Yes, we can easily accommodate nights and weekends, but those are reluctantly agreed to after some eye-rolling and complaining. Additionally, our schedules are more compressed during tax season (who would have thought, right?).

Shockingly we will return all appointment requests via email with 24-36 hours weather-permitting, or perhaps a phone call (if the moment strikes us). No black holes here! In a hurry, please call us at 719-387-9800.
