Formstack (our digital form provider) encrypts all dates of birth, SSNs and banking information including credit card data. WCG employees must access this information directly from Formstack using two-factor authentication. From there, your payment information is entered into Paysimple who has been our payment processor for over a decade. Here is a blurb from their website-

Not following these rules can result in fines to the merchant and processing privileges being suspended. Coalfire Systems, a VISA Qualified Security Assessor, has independently audited PaySimple and certified that PaySimple is PCI DSS compliant.
