Your business banking info form has been successfully submitted. We will review right away! Banking information is never printed or shared internally via email. Formstack (our digital form provider) encrypts all dates of birth, SSNs and banking information including credit card data. WCG employees must access this information directly from Formstack using two-factor authentication. From there, your banking information is entered into our payroll processor.

Should you need to update your business banking information, you can submit another form or call us at 719-387-9800.

While we have you on the line, please complete direct deposit information for you and your employees. The first button is if you, the employer, have direct deposit information. The second button is to copy and paste for sending to your employees.
