Trishla grew up in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan. It’s a small town known for its heritage and rich culture. As a kid, she used to read a lot of religious books and story books. She liked playing with her neighborhood friends, dancing and skating.
She is a professional Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Her favorite subjects were Direct and Indirect Taxation. She initially chose commerce considering her interest in numbers and figures. However, when she got out to the practical world, she realized the power accountants hold in making up the financials and presenting the true picture to stakeholders. Accounting is not just knowledge, but a skill. She aspires to master this skill.
In her free time, she enjoys reading books related to investment strategies and stock market analysis. She likes playing badminton and chess and is also learning Kathak classical dance these days for her long lost love of dance.
Tonya grew up in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She spent her childhood, baking, playing volleyball, basketball and hanging out with family. She loved to tube down a good hill on snow days, have big slumber parties with girlfriends and playing at her grandma’s house and “Cousin-ing” (she made that word up). She graduated from Ambassador College with a bachelor’s in psychology and family studies. her favorite classes were nutrition, psych, and dabbling in German.
She has two sons – one is a deputy here in the El Paso County Sheriff’s Department and the other is a recent SMU graduate living in California. They’re still in their early 20s, figuring out adult life. Tonya and her sons love to do the same things! Whisky by the fire, cornhole, cards against humanity, tennis, and watching scary movies and Star Wars!
She’s played tennis since her mid 30’s but before that volleyball was her passion. She loves to camp on her family land (off grid!). “It’s so great being unreachable and having zero access to social media on those summer camping weekends. My boyfriend and I listen to hours and hours of true murder podcasts.” (We hope not while they’re alone and off the grid).
Tina Watson became a Certified Public Accountant in 2003. Tina has both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Business Administration and consults with a variety of small businesses including Defense Contractors.
Tina takes pride in helping her client understand how the numbers come together. She believes that the extra time spent with a client illustrating the mathematical nuances helps everyone better understand their business. Tina also provides financial planning and investment strategies as the Principal of SFD Capital, a registered investment advisor firm.
As a mother of three and avid tennis player (4.5 baby!), Tina still finds time to enjoy traveling, exercise and the occasional moment of downtime (which is like a unicorn).
Terra grew up in South Dakota and enjoyed playing sports, especially gymnastics! She graduated from Southwest Minnesota State University, and chose the accounting profession because of her love for organization and problem solving!
Terra is married and has two children and two pups! In her free time, she enjoys reading suspenseful books, being outside (if it’s anything but winter) and teaming up with her husband to chase their kids around in their adventures!
