Matt is from Wichita, KS. As a kid he enjoyed playing every sport with his main ones being basketball, football, and golf.

Matt went to Newman University in Wichita, KS on a golf scholarship. His favorite subjects besides accounting were economics and marketing.  Math always came easy to him, and he enjoyed working with numbers. He briefly thought about going into engineering and quickly realized he didn’t like the physics and science aspect of it. That’s when he switched to accounting and never looked back.

Matt recently married his wife, Anna. They are currently living in Rochester, MN where she is completing her residency in neurology at the Mayo Clinic. They have one dog which is a Boxer/Shepard/Husky mix that they happily spend a lot of their free time with.

When he is not working Matt enjoys spending a lot of time outside golfing, running and walking the dog. He is also a big sports fan who watches a lot of Kansas City Chiefs football and Kansas Jayhawk Basketball.
