Direct Deposit Form Submitted
Your direct deposit form has been successfully submitted. We will review right away! Direct deposit information is never printed or shared internally via email. Formstack (our digital form provider) encrypts all dates of birth, SSNs and banking information including credit card data. WCG employees must access this information directly from Formstack using two-factor authentication. From there, your direct deposit information is entered into ADP who has been our payroll processor for nearly a decade (and we have just started using Gusto too who has been around for a bit).
Caution! ADP or Gusto must approve your business for direct deposit. Why? They actually float the funds based on your good word. Huh? They simultaneously initiate an ACH draft of the funds from your business checking account and also initiate the ACH deposit into your personal checking account. Should you have insufficient funds in your business checking account, you could still have funds available for withdrawal in your personal checking account. We will work with ADP or Gusto to obtain approval.
