Renee grew up in Wheaton, Illinois, which is a suburb of Chicago.  She was active as a kid, playing soccer, basketball, volleyball and running track and field. She even made the school record in the 400 in 49.92 seconds. She would also visit the local candy shop, college and museum.

She graduated from Western Illinois University in December of 2004. She also graduated with her MBA in May of 2020 from Southern New Hampshire University.

Accounting has always intrigued her because it’s a process of organization that helps businesses and individuals understand their financial health.

Renee is married, with a blended family of 7 children. They also have 7 dogs, yes 7, so there is never a need to ring the doorbell.  She has hiked two 14ers, Pikes Peak and Mount Elbert. She enjoys walking, swimming, reading, baking and making body soap and laundry detergent. She also enjoys playing board games, card games and painting with her kids.
